The NHL season typically begins during the first or second week of October, giving players a limited number of games to accumulate points. However, outside of 2026, November is usually the first full month of the hockey calendar, allowing players more opportunities to find the scoresheet. Throughout Florida Panthers history, several players have taken advantage of the additional games to produce impressive November scoring totals. Today, we'll look at the 10 players who have collected the most points during the month in franchise history.

Panthers' all-time leading scorers in November

Vincent Trocheck - 47 points

Vincent Trocheck played 79 games for the Panthers in November, scoring a total of 47 points with just 15 goals and 32 assists. Out of the top 10 players on this list, he’s one of seven to score a power-play goal, a shorthanded goal, and a game-winner. Moreover, he was minus-8 in the month, one of six players to have a negative rating.

Radek Dvorak - 48 points

Radek Dvorak came within one game of becoming the fourth Florida player to ever skate in 100 November games, ending up with 99. Over two stints with the Panthers, he scored 21 goals and added 27 assists for 48 points, including five game-winning goals, which ranks fourth in franchise history. Meanwhile, he finished plus-16 in the month, which ranks third behind Stephen Weiss and Gustav Forsling.

Scott Mellanby - 57 points

One of the first stars of the Panthers was also one of the best November scorers, compiling 57 points in 75 games. Surprisingly, when he departed the club in 2001 with the month record, he also achieved 23 goals and 34 assists while collecting 130 penalty minutes. As of 2026, he is one of four players with more than 100 in the month, with no one coming close to Paul Laus’ record of 291.

Carter Verhaeghe - 59 points

Carter Verhaeghe is one of four active Panthers to find their names on this list. In just 69 games, which ranks as the fewest total by anyone in the top 10, he’s tallied 26 goals and 33 assists for 59 points. Moreover, he’s one of three players on this list without a shorthanded goal in the month, and is minus-15, tied for the second-worst total.

Olli Jokinen - 61 points

Former Florida all-time leading scorer Olli Jokinen will most likely appear on every scoring list ever compiled, yet he finds himself sixth on this particular one. In 92 games, he scored 30 goals and 61 points, while scoring a November record four shorthanded goals. Oddly, despite his totals and successes, he was minus-21, the worst total of any player to ever skate in the month.

Sam Reinhart - 70 points

Sam Reinhart has quietly become one of the Panthers' best scorers of all time. Although he almost broke Pavel Bure's single-season goal record, coming just two shy of 59, his accomplishments are often overlooked by the performances of other teammates. In November, he currently has the second most goals with 36 in only 69 games. Moreover, he has 13 penalty minutes in the month, the lowest total of anyone on this list. However, his 16 power-play tallies rank second, while his seven game-winning goals are the top total.

Aaron Ekblad - 74 points

Aaron Ekblad is the only defenseman to appear on the list, which is fitting since he is the highest-scoring defender in team history. In a franchise-leading 135-game November, he has 26 goals and 48 assists, while collecting six game-winning goals. Considering that Aleksander Barkov is currently injured and might not play any games this month, Ekblad has a chance to overtake his longtime teammates in total shots, which he only needs four to do it: 355-351.

Jonathan Huberdeau - 79 points

Outside of Trocheck’s 15 goals, Jonathan Huberdeau is the only player in the top 10 scorers who failed to reach at least 20 goals in November, finishing with 17. In 91 games, he compiled 62 assists to get to 79 points. Considering his goal total is lower than others, it’s no surprise that he only scored one game-winning goal and no shorthanded lamplighters.

Stephen Weiss - 84 points

Stephen Weiss had a very productive Panthers tenure, especially in November, when he scored 84 points in 118 games. In addition, he set the best plus/minus total in the month, at plus-23, a mark that Forsling could surpass with another solid month in 2026.

Aleksander Barkov - 110 points

Unsurprisingly, the Panthers captain is the franchise’s top performer in November, with a record 110 points in 129 games. Currently, he leads all players in goals (41), assists (69), points, power-play goals (17), and shots (355). Although no one is on pace to overtake him this year in points, Reinhart could challenge his goal and power-play goal records.
