The Florida Panthers lost just their second game since the opening round of the NHL Playoffs, losing to the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final.

They’ll look to get back on track in Game 2 on Monday night before heading back home for Game 3 and 4.

If you want to take a look at the betting odds for the game, as well as my best bet for it, you can find them in my betting preview here.

In this article, we’re going to focus on some player props for the Panthers. I have two of them locked in for tonight’s action. Let’s dive into them.

Panthers prop bets for Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final

  • Sergei Bobrovsky OVER 29.5 saves
  • Sam Bennett OVER 3.5 shots on goal

Sergei Bobrovsky OVER 29.5 saves

hed

Sergei Bobrovsky was peppered with shots in Game 1 with the Panthers allowing the Golden Knights recorded 36 shots on goal. Their defense was suspect at best, allowing 21 high-danger scoring chances.

With Game 2 in Vegas again, I expect the Golden Knights to once again put up some level of offense. That doesn’t mean the Panthers can’t win, but they need Bobrovsky to return to the form he had in the first three rounds of the playoffs.

Regardless what happens, I’m willing to bet on him to reach at least 30 saves.

Sam Bennett OVER 3.5 shots on goal

Sam Bennett is averaging 3.625 shots on goal per game in the postseason, so we’re getting a good number on him to go over this total again tonight. Even with 12 penalty minutes, Bennett had 21 shifts for 18:12 ice time in Game 1 and managed three shots on goal.

If he can stay out of the box tonight, we’re not asking him a lot to record at least four shots on goal tonight.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
