While the 2010s decade wasn’t the most successful of decades in terms of success, with just two playoff appearances in ten years. Despite that, the 2010s saw a lot of positive growth for the Florida Panthers as a franchise, with attendance, influence, and attractiveness all growing from January 1st, 2010, to December 30th, 2019.

Going through seven head coaches in the time, the Panthers have gone through numerous top players throughout this decade. Some have been forgettable, some meant to play minimal roles, others have blossomed into free agency steals or superstar drafted players.

For this all-decade team, the players will be selected based on their overall impact, including franchise stats and records for the Florida Panthers only. Stats taken from other teams throughout this decade (i.e. Roberto Luongo‘s run with the Vancouver Canucks) will not go towards determining this 23-man roster.

With that said, breaking down ten years’ worth of hockey into one team is hard. Some players had more impact for the Panthers because they played in Florida longer, others had better seasons, but had less time as a Panther. This roster is going to be disagreed upon, and for good reason.

Without further ado, here is the 23-man roster of the Florida Panthers spanding across the 2010s:
