Yes, we know the NHL regular season is already underway so without wasting anymore time, here are our individual predictions for the Panthers forwards this season:

Height: 6’0” Weight: 195 Age:31

2012-13 Season:

Brad Boyes spent his 2012-13 season playing with the New York Islanders on a line with Hart Trophy finalist John Tavares. Boyes had a productive season with 35 points (10-25-35) but was not re-signed by New York. Joining the Panthers on a training camp PTO, Boyes played his way into a one-year $1 million contract.

2013-14 Projection:

Boyes has started the season playing on the second line alongside Aleksander Barkov and Jonathan Huberdeau. The trio is overflowing with scoring potential so if things go well, Boyes will have ample opportunity to get on the scoresheet. At age 31, Boyes will probably never regain his 40-goal form (he scored 43 in 2007-08 with the Blues) but 20-25 goals is a very reasonable target.
