Saturday Song Of The Week.

Neon Trees is an American alternative Pop band who hail from Provo, Utah.  They started touring in 2008 and opened for a number of Killers concerts, and ultimately were signed to a contract with Mercury Records.  Their first full album Habits was released in 2010 and their first hit single Animal climbed to # 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and # 1 on the Alternative Pop Chart.

The four piece band is led by neighbors Tyler Glenn and Chris Allen, who later added Branden Campbell and Elaine Bradley.  Recently this past spring they opened some shows for My Chemical Romance on their North American Tour.

Here they are performing the song Your Surrender, live.  Your Surrender debuted at # 19 on the Sirius XM Hits 1 Weekend Countdown making it only the 6th time a song has debuted in the top 20.
