Daily Pucking Grind. March 28th

The Florida Panthers took on the Pittsburgh Penguins Sunday afternoon.  A 1:00 P.M. start which much to our surprise the game was  not featured on NBC.  I kid.  Why would it be?  The Penguins were missing both Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin, and the Panthers were just …..missing.  Well, I shouldn’t say that.  They took the game to overtime and ultimately a shootout, which the Pens won with goals by Alexei Kovalev and James Neal. The Panthers are currently 0-4-0 on this road trip, have lost five games in a row, and have scored 4 goals on the trip.  More on this later today.
