ECHL: Cincinnati Cyclones Update

The East Coast Hockey League affiliate of the Florida Panthers are 3rd in their conference, and 1st in the North Division.  With a record of 46-25-1-1 and 57 points, they are taking the league and other teams by storm.  Cyclones are known for their power, and that is exactly what they are showing they are capable of.

Four games have taken place since my last update on the team from January 22nd.

On the 25th, they played the Evansville Icemen and won by a final score of 7-3.  The following night (1/26) they played the Kalamazoo Wings, but lost 3-2 in overtime.  This could have been any teams “W”.  Better luck next time, Cyclones.

The Cyclones seeking to avenge their loss to their the Wings showed they mean business on 1/27/13.  The Wheeling Nailers felt their wrath, and when everything was done and said, the final was 4-2.  Then, we come to the game played tonight…

The Toledo Walleye downgraded the Cyclones to nothing more but some wind, and got a shutout.  2-0 was the final, and believe me, Walleye…  it won’t happen again when you meet the team.

GO CYCLONES !!!
