Chicago wanted to free up some salary while Florida was looking to fill up salary. Campbell at first was hesitant on coming to Florida but after talking to Dale Tallon he knew this is where he belonged. One can tell he is playing with more freedom and confidence as he quarterbacks the power play, and is put into key situation’s when the Panthers need someone to make a play.
