Saturday Song Of The Week: "Days Are Forgotten"

At tonight’s home opener we will hear and see among many things a new goal song.  The start of a new tradition, and a new beginning.  While this song that I’ve chosen today has nothing to do with being a goal song, it says what I am sure we feel.  The losing days (and the losing) ways are/will be forgotten.

Kasabian are an English rock band from Leicestershire (that took me 10 minutes) formed in 1999.  The five band members who are led by vocalist Tom Meighan have released four studio albums with the latest release titled Velociraptor.  They’ve had most of  their success and air time in the UK and have won numerous awards from NME, MOJO and the UK’s well known Q Awards.

Here they are performing “Days Are Forgotten” on Later Wtih Jools Holland.
