Opening the Vault

Sunrise Sports and Entertainment has partnered with VaultOffers.com to open the Vault, a “deal site” operated by the BankAtlantic Center that will benefit charities. The South Florida charity Lauren’s Kids, which educates adults and children about child abuse, has been designated as the first charity to be partnered with the Vault.

The Vault was fabricated by a marketing company from Hallandale, Direct Consumer Information. They are known for having developed special data mining and analysis kiosks, four of which are located at the Aventura Mall. Direct Consumer Information created the DCI Cares Foundation, which donates an undisclosed portion of the proceeds made by DCI, which includes the Vault operated by the BankAtlantic Center, to charity.

SSE President and COO Michael Yormark enjoys being part of something that is rooted in Sunrise Sports and Entertainment’s own neighborhood,

While daily deal sites are a growing trend for consumers and retailers, the point of differentiation for The Vault is its local South Florida footprint and its targeted database of more than 800,000 potential customers.”

Signing up for the Vault, which has no cost to register, enters you into a drawing to win a “special experience” which will be a lavish dinner at ONE Bal Harbour Resort and Spa with former Miami Heat center Alonzo Mourning and his wife Tracy. Drawing winners will be escorted via limo to the dinner courtesy of Aventura Worldwide Transportation Services.

Mourning is a key supporter of Lauren’s Kids, the first charity that will benefit from the Vault. Lauren’s Kids is a foundation that explores sexual abuse topics using in-school curriculum, a 24 hour crisis hotline, and speaking engagements that take place all over the United States.

The Vault is set to be opened on August 22. You can sign up at Vaultoffers.com
