REDlines: Is It October Yet? July 22nd.

Today’s music choice on Friday Flashback goes back to 1986 for Alive and Kicking by Simple Minds.

Speaking of song’s I’m going to piggy back on Dave’s post from yesterday and add that I feel the same way about it.  With the new tradition, new culture  and “We See Red” campaign for this year, now is the perfect time to come up with a new goal song.  No arena rock anthems.  Those have been played to death.  Something that’s catchy, modern, and says, “Ha! In Your Face”.  While I haven’t had much time to think about Dave’s post since I was winning $49.00 in the slot machines last night at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL (I’m not a gambler), my first choice is “How You Like Me Now”, by The Heavy.  I’m sure there’s others that we can think of, and maybe we can have some sort of contest.  With that….readers…..I turn to you….suggest away!
