Tomorrow marks one week since we learned of the passing of Clarence Clemons the “Big Man” that has been part of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band since it’s inception. I’ve been featuring songs this week where Clarence was at his best, and where his trademark saxophone were on display. Today we end the tribute with Thunder Road.
One more after the jump.
And one last time, one of the best solo’s you’ll ever see. Here’s Clarence doing his solo on Jungleland. I speak from experience that every time I saw this live, it was a chilling few minutes.
Again, RIP Clarence. Your sound will not be forgotten.
