Today’s music choice is a very interesting video and song by White Lies called Holy Ghost.
Tonight the Boston Bruins will attempt to stave off elimination on home ice in order to force a game 7 in Vancouver on Wednesday. The series itself has been filled with drama such as diving, finger biting, finger taunting, curling up, long walks and advice from players. Whining, bellyaching and poor television ratings. Not to mention a suspension. One of the more memorable plays of the series could be Tim Thomas of the Bruins checking one of the Sedin sisters and putting him on his arse.
It’s not really been a series to enjoy for me, and I know many of you. While both teams had exceptional regular seasons, this final series will not go down in history as one of the best. Matter of fact it could be one of the worst. wouldn’t say that the play has been exciting, because the nonsense has ruined much of it. I still don’t want anyone to win, and will be more satisfied if one of these teams loses. I also think I’ll ge really glad when this is over. Hopefully not until Wednesday though.
One quick comment about the NBA, besides congrats to the Dallas Mavericks.….I’m glad it’s over. Your Monday links after the jump. The Boston Globe thinks that Bobby Lou is full of hot air!
Aaron Rome is still upset about his suspension. Too F-in bad. (sorry children) You deserve it. TSN.ca.
Puck Daddy thinks that Mike Milbury’s “Thelma and Louise” crack is off base. I’ll continue to go with “the sisters”, or “twinkies”. Thanks.

Some very interesting observations of the finals by Orland Kurtenblog.
Finally, Down Goes Brown says we should love the Bruins and Canucks. Funny but I still maintain my stance. NO!
