Saturday Song Of The Week.

Foster The People is an indie pop/indie rock band from Los Angeles, California that’s been together since 2009.  Led by Mark Foster, he originally named the band Foster & the People, but everyone heard Foster The People, so here we are.

Their debut album Torches was released in May of this year and features the very catchy and likeable tune Pumped Up Kicks, which they are performing live on Jimmy Kimmel a few days ago.  The song came in at number 32 on Austrailia’s Triple J Hottest 1oo of 201o, and reached number 4 on Billboards Alternative Song Chart, and number 86 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Enjoy the live performance.
