I actually had thoughts last night of going to bed, waking up and the start of the 2011-2012 season would be upon us today. Not so as my playoff “hangover” continues. If the Canucks advance past the Predators I’ll eat my shoe.
The college/family tour to Chicago was outstanding. Pics to come soon, but I thought that I would use one word to describe the four schools that Little Miss Rat Trick visited. A feeling that I had within five minutes of each campus.
* Loyola: Comfortable.
* Northwestern: Energetic.
* University of Chicago: Harry Potter. I know it’s two words, but they are kinda weird there.
* Depaul: Urban.
Where she ends up will be determined over the next year, but I’d be pretty pleased with any of the four!
