Saturday Song Of The Week. April 2nd.

The Sounds are a Swedish Indie rock band that was formed in 1999 in the city of Helsingborg.  Most people would call their music style as new wave and compare them to Blondie, The Cars, The Epoxies and Missing Persons.  They have released four albums with their latest one called “Something To Die For” released this past Tuesday.  Led by lead singer Marja Ivarrson who has said that she wants to be the best female vocalist around.  Based on what I’ve seen and heard, she should be well on her way.
