In honor of Greek Independence Day (my heritage) today’s music selection is Pantherman by the Greek rock band The Last Drive. How the heck did I find that? And you thought the only thing we did was own diners!

Speaking of which, why not go out for lunch or dinner today and have yourself a nice Gyros sandwich?  Or how about some good old Lamb Shank?  Or as my Mom and Aunt Mary will probably do, have some Greek style chicken for dinner!  Don’t forget the baklava for desert!  Opaa!

Tonight is game three of the five game trip the Florida Panthers are on as they take on the Buffalo Sabres who are still fighting for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.  The Panthers are looking for their first goal of the trip as they have been shutout by both the New York Rangers and the Chicago Blackhawks.  Is it a coincidence that Stephen Weiss has not played in both games?  Yikes. That’s what some people want to believe.  Game preview later today.
