Erik Gudbranson Makes World Juniors

Today’s music choice is Victory by Duke Spirit from their upcoming release called Kusama.

Great news out of Canada today as Florida Panther and 3rd round overall pick in this past summers draft, Erik Gudbranson has made the roster for Team Canada in the World Junior Championships.  Fantastic news for the organEYEzation of the Florida Panthers, and Erik.

I was heading into the office when a Twitter message came from Karla who has begun contributing over at Broad Street Buzz for FanSided.  Her message was: Your future son-in-law has made Team Canada!  I’m still laughing!  Little Miss Rat Trick will be pleased as well, and will now be able to concentrate on her mid-terms.

While there was most likely no doubt that Erik would make the team, it’s never official until you see it in writing.  One of the top young defenceman, Erik will be counted on for his usual physical play along with his smart skills.

The man crush on Erik continues!
