Panthers Comeback Defeats Bruins!

What?! Comeback?! Panthers?!

Yes folks, eliminating a 2-0 deficit against the Boston Bruins and pulling out a shootout win to now stand 3-0 in the preseason!  Ok, ok, it’s not for real, but if nothing else, the boys are competing and not giving up.

Radek Dvorak and Kenndal McArdle scored for Florida in the third period with Mike Santorelli and Cory Stillman scoring in the shootout.  Goaltender Scott Clemmensen played the full game in nets for the Cats and made 25 saves including two saves in the shootout.  Clemmer is looking pretty sharp as each outing progresses and he’ll need to be for the Panthers to have any kind of respectability.

Again, tough to provide you a full and opinionated recap on anything without having watched or listened, but you have to like the fact that we are undefeated.  No, I’m not drinking the Kool-aide.

Rookie and the second overall pick in this summers’ entry draft, Tyler Seguin and ex-Panther lazy ass Nathan Horton scored for Boston.

For this one, I certainly hope Jay Bouwmeester learns a few things about answering the question and looking into the camera.

Here’s head coach Peter DeBoer after the game:
