Monday Morning Reading

While you’re watching the Olympics, you can catch up on some stories that you may have missed last week.  Even though there has been a break in NHL action, the Olympics have provided some fantastic viewing.

Olympic Fever has struck Rink Royalty.

Bolts By The Bay has some potential trade targets for Tampa.

BlackhawkUp says the Olympians are enjoying themselves and so should you.

A post graduate student at the University of South Florida is doing a study about the NHL.  Sabre Noise posted her survey and has asked if you can spend a few minutes filling it out.  Give her a hand won’t you?!

The Great One says that Canada can beat Russia for Hockey Gold.

Scott Morrison over at the CBC has his idea of what the breakfast of champions is.

Teemu Selanne sets the record for most points in Olympic play.

Our own Tomas Vokoun keeps up his great goalkeeping for the Czechs.

Jim Kelley from Sportsnet has a review of the NHL at the Olympic break.

The gang over at Melt Your Face Off introduces the world to hockey.

I was listening to former NHL star Gary Roberts being interviewed on Hockey Night In Canada’s afternoon radio show, and the video below was mentioned when Gary was a member of the Calgary Flames. See how many former NHLers you can pick out. Pretty entertaining.  Thank god my hair never looked like that!

Thanks for reading.

Cheers
