It’s a happy Day as the Florida Panthers start off the preseason with a 3-1 victory over the Ottawa Senators! Won’t worry about the fact that the Sens were missing Alfredsson and Spezza, a win is a win.
Nathan Horton, Kamil Kreps and David Booth provided the scoring while Scott Clemmensen (13 saves) and Alexander Salak provided the goaltending.
tonite will probably be a different story with Alfredsson and Spezza in Ottawa’s lineup, but who cares as we are off to a positive start.
